They took my laptop in again and I am still awaiting a fix for my laptop. ![]() In South Africa we use the US layout and the US layout keyboard is what I purchased my laptop with. I was given a keyboard with the UK layout. My laptop was returned to me after 2 months with the incorrect keyboard. When I opened my MSI profile to see my warranty on the laptop it said I only had a 12 month standard warranty with MSI which is not what I paid. Their service was disgusting with their ambiguous responses and deflecting answering any of my questions. Mitabyte kept my laptop for 2 months until they could get a replacement keyboard to attach to my laptop. I bought the laptop with a 2 year warranty by MSI and a 1 year warranty with the shop (Mitabyte). The right hand side hinge broke so I had to send my laptop in for repairs. I did not damage it since I treated that laptop like gold.
